Kinetostatic sensor field in ASOM v10

In this example of a four-bar linkage, multiple manual force curves are determined in real time. The concept can of course also be applied to any other type of multi-bar linkage. The kinematic analysis can also be extended, e.g. to include the determination of the corresponding bearing forces.

The display of many calculated manual force curves is compactly combined in one diagram window, here. This enables the simultaneous analysis of multiple alternative manual force elements in the kinematics software ASOM. Each graph shows the manual force required at the point of action of the corresponding manual force. The manual force points of action can be modified at any time, either individually or as a group. The kinematic analysis is performed in compressed time. This means that the results of the simulation are always immediately available.
