In this example of a four bar system generated ‘on-the-fly’ multiple manual force curves are determined in real time. The concept is also applicable to other multi-bar systems. The kinematic analysis can be extended, e.g. to the determination of the corresponding bearing forces.
The calculation of a large number of manual forces or manual force curves is done collectively for a group. Each graph shows the required manual force at the corresponding manual force point of action. In this way the simultaneous analysis of multiple alternative manual force elements is possible in the kinematics software ASOM. The manual force points of action can be modified individually or as a group at any time. The kinematic analysis is performed in compressed time. Thus, the kinematic results are always immediately available.
